Returns and Refund Policy

 

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from the website, you can return it to us by post to our workshop in an unused condition with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or an exchange. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please note that satchels that have been customised may not be refunded or exchanged.

Any purchase returned after 14 days from receipt of goods, will be eligible for an exchange only, as long as the product is returned within 28 days from receipt of goods. An exchange will only be agreed as long as the bag is received unused and in perfect condition and it is not customised. If the item was a gift then the same rules apply but any refunds will be made to the original buyer only, not the recipient.

Please contact us with your order number for a returns form which upon receipt should be filled in and returned to us along with the satchel. If the return is due to a fault with the satchel you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.

Once you have a returns form all returns should be packaged securely, with the shoulder strap/backpack straps inside the satchel and sent to us using a recorded delivery service to the following address:

A full postage refund will be issued for items returned due to fault.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. However, please note that once we have processed the refund, the length of time taken for the refund to credit the customers account will depend upon the bank itself, and so we are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit the customers bank account.
